Erin & Andrew were married at the same location as my last posted wedding….The Darlington House!! This venue is just so charming – I understand why brides choose it! I think our floral style fits so well at this venue too, so it’s just one of those matches that I think makes sense!!
When I met Erin, I knew immediately I wanted to work with her. It was so obvious that she has a great sense of style. When she said she loves greenery- I was even more excited. Sometimes brides shy away from greens because they think they look “cheap” or too earthy. My opinion is that natural foliages make the flowers stand out, while keeping an organic, natural vibe.
We used tons of silver dollar eucalyptus, myrtle, jasmine vines, ivory and coral garden roses, spray roses, and dahlias.
These images are so great…please go check out Schnack Studios!!

Over the weekend I attended a sweet friends baby shower. It made me realize, and I had yet to post images from my own baby shower earlier this year! I could not have asked for a more perfect day. My sweet family, along with Bre and Danae from Joyful Weddings helped pull all the sweet details together.
The theme was Bows, Bundts, and Blooms….so perfect. Each guest brought a bow for Mabel, we ate yummy bundt cakes, and of course, I brought some fun spring flowers to decorate. Bre’s mom with Forever Vintage provided all the vintage touches…adorable dressers, vintage plates, and sweet lace linens. I know the whole vintage thing has been around for awhile now, but I can’t seem to get enough of it. And, Forever Vintage has the most amazing collection of items. If you are in the Sacramento area- you have to check them out.
I am so blessed to have such amazing people in my life!! Here are a few of the details that my friend Katie with Swoon by Katie captured.
So excited to share some images from a recent photo shoot! It was a Great Gatsby inspired theme, so we decided to use clean white and green florals including white hydrangea, white peonies, green viburnum, heleborus, veronica, star of bethlehem, tulips, and hanging amaranthus. It’s one of my favorite things to use fresh greens against simple white blooms. The look is organic, clean, simple, and timeless!!
Leila from Brilliant Event Design came up with the overall design of the photo shoot which included layers of detail and beauty with soft, feminine overtones using sparkly mercury glass, crystal, rich gold and silver glassware, luxurious fabrics and of course lush florals. A great husband and wife team-Amore Photography captured these lovely details.
There were also some amazing vintage rentals from Lauren Sharon. The venue is one of my favorites – Villa De Flores in Rancho Santa Fe.
These were just a few images, but there are SO MANY MORE!! Check out our 7 PAGE SPREAD in San Diego Style Magazine or head over to Style Unveiled!!!
Two people with a genuine love for each other who never lost sight of what a wedding is truly about. They renewed my spirit, and reminded me of the bigger picture. God touches my life in the most interesting ways…..
I’m blessed, and I know it.
One of my favorite weddings ever!!! Jaymi and Will were such an adorable couple, and SO IN LOVE!!!! They were married at The Viceroy in Palm Springs. We used hot pink and coral charm peonies, pink piano, toulouse lautrec & baroness garden roses, pink dahlias, and peach ranunculus to create the bouquets. The centerpieces were created with a variety of misc. seasonal blooms including billy balls, yaro, china mums, daisies, chamomile, and gerber daisies.
These beautiful images were taken by my dear friend Katie Scott from Swoon by Katie. The coordination of this gorgeous event was done by the lovely and talented Carter and Cook Event Co. Heather and Ashlyn are absolutely amazing!!
